If you are a parent or a student looking for an excellent A-level Chemistry tutor who is an experienced, fully qualified teacher, then look no further! I will always adapt my teaching methods to suit every student as every student learns in a different way. I will help students set their learning objectives/targets and ensure that progress is monitored and targets are met.
I am a friendly, highly motivated, organised individual with the knowledge of what is required in order for a student to improve their grades and confidence in A-level Chemistry. I have taught both Edexcel and AQA exam boards and am currently an examiner for both boards. This means I can help students understand how to improve their exam technique as well read mark-schemes correctly.

Availability: Mon - Fri between 5pm - 7pm

Experience: I am a qualified teacher of science (QTS obtained in 2014). I am currently a full time A-level Chemistry teacher at an outstanding 6th form college. I have been teaching the AQA A-level Chemistry syllabus for 6 years with a proven track record of excellent results. I have experience with teaching and tutoring students studying Edexcel exam board also. I am also an examiner for both exam boards for A-level Chemistry. This means I can help students understand mark-schemes better and improve their exam technique.
I have had several experiences at University also: supervising and marking science laboratory work, teaching small groups of children and parents about Chemistry and leading activities and have been a personal mentor for 1st year undergraduate students.

Dr Bansi tutored my daughter or the International Baccalaureate exams over a period of 3 months. She was patient, knowledgable, friendly and transformed my daughter`s knowledge of Chemistry resulting in her being able to take up an offer to study Veterinary Medicine. I can thoroughly recommend her to other students and wish her well.

Dr Bamsi, was quick to respond and keen to find us space in her very full schedule. In the very first session, she provided great tips, motivation and advice on how my daughter could improve the way that she worked, revise and was extremely knowledgeable about her subject area. Dr Bamsi quickly put my daughter at ease and in a short space of time has already helped her to regain confidence and covered A level content my daughter originally missed.
