If you are a parent or a student looking for an excellent A-level Chemistry tutor who is an experienced, fully qualified teacher, then look no further! I will always adapt my teaching methods to suit every student as every student learns in a different way. I will help students set their learning objectives/targets and ensure that progress is monitored and targets are met.

I am a friendly, highly motivated, organised individual with the knowledge of what is required in order for a student to improve their grades and confidence in A-level Chemistry. I have taught both Edexcel and AQA exam boards and am currently an examiner for both boards. This means I can help students understand how to improve their exam technique as well read mark-schemes correctly.

Experience: I am a qualified teacher of science (QTS obtained in 2014). I am currently a full time A-level Chemistry teacher at an outstanding 6th form college. I have been teaching the AQA A-level Chemistry syllabus for 6 years with a proven track record of excellent results. I have experience with teaching and tutoring students studying Edexcel exam board also. I am also an examiner for both exam boards for A-level Chemistry. This means I can help students understand mark-schemes better and improve their exam technique.

I have had several experiences at University also: supervising and marking science laboratory work, teaching small groups of children and parents about Chemistry and leading activities and have been a personal mentor for 1st year undergraduate students.
