Hannah

Hannah is a charismatic, well-organised individual who is very focused and committed to achieving a career in music. She has been teaching instrumentally since 2007; focusing on guitar, bass and ukulele at present.

Currently she works for Severn Arts, C# Music and Independent Music Solutions, providing instrumental tuition to primary schools across the West Midlands and Worcestershire.

Hannah holds a BA (Hons) degree in Music Technology and Popular Music, a PGCE for Post Compulsory Education, PTLLS and is Grade 8 on Guitar.


Currently she fronts Winter Storm, in which she plays lead guitars and sings. Winter Storm play Melodic Metal and perform regularly across the UK and further afield and have released three full length albums. Notable shows include: HRH Metal, Hammerfest, Bloodstock open air, Wizzfest Belgium.

Experience: Based in Stourbridge, Hannah`s Guitar Tuition provides learning to students throughout Stourbridge and further afield. Tuition available on Guitar, Bass, and Ukulele. Established in 2007 the company has six years of teaching experience in the Music sector.

The business offers a variety of styles, genres and syllabuses to students, which are tailored to the students needs Tuition is ran in Stourbridge. Using a custom built office, the business also has fully qualified staff enabling students to increase their learning potential.

Hannah is a fully qualified teacher holding:
- Rockschool Grade 8 Guitarist
- PGCE Post Compulsory Education (QTLS)
- BA (Hons) Music Technology Degree and Popular Music.
- BTEC Advanced Performing Musician. (2008).
- PTLLS (teacher`s qualification). (2009).

- Rockschool Grade 8 equivalents. (2008).
- Pro Tools 101 9 Engineer Qualification. (2009).
- GCSEs - (and GCSE Music).

Hannah undertook cover work for Arts Education `The Strings Club` during May 2013 teaching groups of 4 to 8 year old guitar and ukulele students.

Hannah ran a school Guitar Group (April 2011 - July 2012).

Teaching a range of students abilities/ages.

Hannah is a working musician, having performed in many projects:
- Stream of Sound (2002 - 2006)
- OxZide (2006 - 2009)
- Winter Storm (2008 - Present) - Role: Front woman, Lead Guitar and Vocals.
- Acoustic Solo Singer/Performer/Covers Act/Songwriter Artist (2000 - Present).

Tuition is tailored to the student, whether that be with Rockschool Guitar Grades, RGT grades, GCSE Music, Music Theory.
Genres Rock/Metal, Blues, Folk, Acoustic/Pop, Funk, Jazz.

The company is managed by Hannah who has been working in the Guitar Tuition market for many years. Having previously worked for elmfield rudolf steiner school, Hannah is more than qualified to look after the company.
