I tutor Maths to prepare children for the 11+ exam and the SATS (at the end of Year 6). Highest standard teaching is at the forefront of my tuition and I believe that children learn best when they are enjoying what they are doing. I keep lessons fun and engaging without compromising on the quality of teaching.

I am a fully qualified and experienced full-time tutor who specializes in 11+ (year 4, 5 and year 6) and a friendly, compassionate tutor with a love for mathematics. I enjoy helping students increase their confidence in maths using a variety of teaching strategies and exam techniques. I deliver the highest quality of one-to-one tutoring and small group classes.

I focus on the depth of understanding, as well as developing students’ problem solving skills, which not only makes maths fun but also means that students can apply their knowledge to any exam question!
I work through questions logically, developing their problem solving skills. This is a new skill being brought into the revised national curriculum. Therefore, this will set students up for success in their exams.
I find that parents play a key role in the support structure of any child, and therefore, I would like to include them as much as they feel they can, to ensure the best possible outcome. I do this with care, compassion and positivity, and take pride in catering for individual student needs.
I have tutored many students in the past few years, mainly for 11+. Each year brings fantastic results with their progress.

I also run half-term and holiday courses which are usually taken in groups of 4 or 5 and are always popular.

I hold a full clean enhanced DBS check, and am an approved member of the Tutors` Association.

Availability: I do conduct lessons from Monday to Friday from 4.30-7.00pm
I do have group lessons (maximum 4-5 students per group) & 1:1 lessons.
I`ll be starting new group lessons at Wallington.
