Hi! I am a passionate teacher of German and French, I have had many outstanding observations by OFSTED and fellow colleagues. I love languages and being able to help my students achieve the very best they can. I will work very hard to help you improve your grade, feel more confident and happy in your language learning.
In the past year, I’ve been so amazed by how hard my tires have worked with a 9 from one student and 2 jumps in grade from a 4/5 to a 7. Working 1:1 is so valuable for the student and it really does pay dividends. However what is the key to improvement is instilling the confidence and desire to succeed; re-gaining enthusiasm for the chosen language, then the rest really does fall into place!
Availability: Sundays after 6
Tuesdays 7-8
And half-terms/ holidays I can be flexible

Amanda is a brilliant teacher. She understands requirement of the student and gets the most out of the student. My daughter throughly enjoyed her lesson and conversing with her in German.

Amanda is a wonderful tutor. My son has gained confidence in French. She has customized the lessons according to my son`s needs. She motivates and encourages him and there is a visible progress in his language knowledge. He is very happy to have lessons from Amanda.
