I am a Qualified Teacher with current DBS and over six years classroom teaching and tutoring online for the last four years with great feedback.
I have experience in teaching (and tutoring) Years 7-11.
I can offer online tutoring for ALL exam boards at KS3, GCSE/iGCSE and A Level.

Maria was booked for a 30 minute lesson…she arrived 2 minutes late and finished 1 minute early (10% of the session wasted). She came across unprepared; having not taken the opportunity (via a message we sent earlier in the day, specifically offering to provide any information she required) to request subjects etc that we wanted her to focus on. A disappointing waste of time.
Tutors Response :
I accept your opinion, but I do not agree with the statement that the class had not been prepared. I asked you in advance which year and exam board you were following, and you told me it was AQA. Therefore, I prepared the activities based on that exam board.
Regarding this: ( we sent earlier in the day, specifically offering to provide any information she required) to request subjects etc that we wanted her to focus on) if you go to our chat on tutor hunt there is no request of information. I have not received any request ealiert. So I really think that your feedback is not accurate.

I was disappointed to learn that my daughter was shown videos throughout her chemistry lesson. I do not feel this is an acceptable approach to teaching, as videos can easily be researched independently online. I expected structured instruction and active teaching during the lesson time. In addition, I have found the website to be very difficult to use. I have sent numerous messages but have not received any response, which is frustrating and concerning. Regardless of whether a parent is satisfied with the lesson, the payment is still taken from the account, which does not feel fair given the issues raised above. I would appreciate a response addressing these concerns

Feedback left by my son Maria has been an outstanding tutor for both biology and chemistry. Her clear explanations and well-organized lessons made even the most challenging topics easier to understand.
