I am a qualified Science teacher currently holding the role of Lead Practionioner in Science in a local secondary school. I have worked in many outstanding schools and now am raising the standard and quality of teaching within my current role. I have setup, planned and delivered the new curriculum for Science both at GCSE and A-Level. I have experience teaching all key stages but my key strengths are dealing with exam classes, in both preparation, and conveying difficult concepts, I have excellent subject knowledge and understanding of exam technique.

As well the subject knowledge I have been a sixth form tutor and have experience in the UCAS application process in particular personal statements with a focus on Biology, medicine, and veterinary science.

I have tutored for 10 years, I am experienced, enthusiastic, organized, and diligent in the approach that I take towards my work.

I have taught all exam boards currently AQA specification for Biology in my school, but have taught OCR, Edexcel including Salters, WJEC and more.

The students I have taught have gained confidence, exam readiness and have made huge gains in performance in public exams. So much so most of my tutees are from students I who have recommended me.
