I have a degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering background and significant teaching experience gained from working in two recruitment agencies. Being done practice through Teacheractive as support supply to secondary schools ,I have done BTEC LEVEL5 through Pearson . My responsibilities as supply have included liaising and developing relationships with secondary schools and getting into classrooms and motivating the students to do the work based on the work set given by the teachers . I am a result driven and focused individual who thrives under pressure and to set targets.
I am a skilled communicator who maintains excellent working relationships and a strong negotiator. I enjoy dealing with lots of different people and the variety of challenges that can arise from day to day. More or less I have 6 plus years experience in secondary supply role which I am working with other agencies covering Waltham Forest, Newham, Redbridge.
