With over 15 years of teaching experience across schools and colleges, I am a supportive and approachable ICT and Business tutor who knows how to bring out the best in every student. I have taught a wide range of qualifications, including BTEC Nationals, GCSEs (Pearson, OCR, AQA), International GCSEs, A Levels, and International A Levels. I have also authored a BTEC GCSE textbook and contributed to OCR specification development, giving me strong insight into how exam boards design questions and award marks.

I understand that exams can feel overwhelming, so I focus on the skills that make the biggest difference — particularly how to structure answers clearly and effectively to secure higher marks. I also help students build confidence in more challenging areas, such as finance, by breaking concepts down into manageable steps and using clear, relatable examples.

My sessions are interactive and collaborative, often using shared online documents so students can practise in real time with my guidance. This approach helps develop confidence alongside subject knowledge. Students also benefit from access to a wide bank of tailored past exam questions, ensuring preparation is focused, effective, and far more engaging than working through generic papers alone.

Above all, I aim to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel supported, motivated, and fully prepared to succeed.
