Hello!
I am a qualified teacher currently teaching Latin and Classics at a secondary school. I trained last year at KCL, after working in an independent sixth form for two years.
I completed my Classics MA at UCL in the autumn of 2016, and I graduated from Oxford University in 2014 with a BA also in Classics.
I`m passionate about getting students fully engaged in learning, so that they love what they learn and succeed in what they love! The most rewarding part of tutoring is witnessing the moment a student has a breakthrough with their subject - whether they suddenly realise that they love Shakespeare, or that they are capable of producing a top grade Latin translation completely unseen.
I believe in a comprehensive but tailored approach to make sure each student enjoys every lesson and is working at a pace that works best for them, and which will set them up for a lifetime of learning.
