Lesson Information : Holiday catch up sessions in small groups (maximum 5) Misconceptions, Exam skills, Exam Papers, Differentiated, Levelled work, etc. Hi, I am a Science and Maths tutor in Lancing and I`m considering running courses leading to students taking an IGCSE in Biology, and/or Chemistry and/or Physics and/or Maths in the summer of 2017. Here are some details: - some hands on science - weekly 90 minute-long sessions per subject of your choice at my house in Lancing - students will need to complete weekly homework - cost per session per student from £10 per hour (based on 3 students, but more £ if fewer students) - starting in July 2016 - sessions will be weekday mornings with precise slot to be arranged to suit students as far as possible I`ve tutored these courses before and students have achieved good results. I have marked Edexcel Physics 1 and 2 papers for the last 2 years and have a good understanding in what the Examiners look for in answers.

Lesson Information : I`m going to be running a KS3 Math course online via Skype. It is available for foundation and higher students, both with the new 9-1 grading system. It will be a 1 year courses, 2 hours a week, beginning September this year, exams in July 2017. I will also be available for 1 to 1 support. It`s £15 per hour for either level, payable weekly, four weekly, every half term or full term. This is a group rate. I can also do 1-2-1 tutoring , if preferred, at £20 per hour. I am based in Lancing, so if you prefer attending face to face group teaching, that can also be arranged. I will start with diagnostic tests to show areas of weakness and we will practise exam skills and work through Exam papers. Homework will be given. It is strongly recommended that students purchase the appropriate student textbook to use during these courses.
