Information about Eva
Hey there! I have been tutoring for 4 years and I am currently in my fifth (final) year of Veterinary Medicine at university. I have a real passion for teaching the Sciences and Maths and have achieved 7A*s and 2As at GCSE and one A* and 3 As at A Level (Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths). I really enjoy tutoring as I find it so rewarding to watch my students` confidence and understanding of their chosen subject grow over time.
Availability: I am currently available from 6:30PM onwards, Monday to Friday.
Willing to travel: Home Only
Experience: I have been tutoring Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths for 4 years. It has been so enjoyable to see my students understanding of their subject improve over time. My aim has always been to ensure that the student feels supported and not stress during my sessions.
Whilst I was studying for my A Levels I was asked to tutor two students GCSE Maths. Watching these students improve in their test results as we progressed through the year was so rewarding as you could see that for them to succeed, all they needed was guidance. This allowed their confidence to grow so much. Teaching them taught me how to display the same concept in different ways because not everyone learns in the same manner.
Now I tutor every week not only because I enjoy seeing my students` confidence and knowledge grow but also because I am so passionate about what I teach. I love being able to pass on what I have learnt to others.
Before university I also used to teach flute as I have achieved my Grade 8 in Flute and my Grade 5 in Piano. This has made me become a great listener.
