Hi everyone!

I am a medical student at UCL who has a lot of experience in tutoring both GCSE and A-Levels. I am currently running online sessions and my pass rate is 100%.

During my A-Levels I started tutoring GCSE chemistry and physics. I was working whilst doing my studies and found that it benefitted the student greatly to talk to someone who was also in a similar position to them (in education). I felt as a tutor it was not only my job to teach the students, but to guide them and help them find enjoyment within the topics so they carry it on in further education. I currently tutor A-Level Biology and Maths in a tuition centre but am looking to start one-to-one classes.

A little bit about my lessons-
I will originally obtain a calendar of what the student is going to learn within that academic year and keep note of any exams or topic tests on the timetable. I will make lesson plans around that timetable and move forward at a pace that the student is comfortable in. Learning in private tutoring is always more efficient than adhering to school timetable as we will move along more quickly than the school will. This leaves the student more time for revision during exam season rather than still learning the content.

I have a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge to students and I am able to break down complicated theories into comprehensible ideas
