I am a British artist, designer, and educator with a lifelong passion for creativity and nearly two decades of experience in private art tuition. Trustworthy, reliable, and deeply committed to nurturing artistic talent, I bring both industry expertise and a warm, personalised teaching approach to every lesson.

After earning my degree in Fashion Textiles from the prestigious Central Saint Martins, I launched my own successful accessories business. My creative journey has since taken me across the UK and Germany, where I’ve exhibited and sold my work, and has led to collaborations with some of the most iconic names in the art and design world, including Antony Gormley and Vivienne Westwood.

I later qualified as an art and design teacher, combining my professional practice with a love for teaching. For the past 19 years, I’ve provided one-to-one art tuition tailored to each student’s goals, whether they’re preparing for exams, building a portfolio, or simply exploring their creativity.

In addition to teaching, I run a growing card and wall art business, where I continue to explore and share my own artistic voice. I’m passionate about helping others discover the joy of making art, and I take pride in creating a supportive and inspiring environment for every learner.

Availability: Flexible

Please note that while I do not drive, I am happy to teach students either at my home or at their location if nearby. Travel will be via public transport.

Experience: Art has been a central part of my life from an early age—I excelled in the subject at school and was proud to win numerous regional and national art competitions. My passion led me from Cheshire to London, where I pursued a foundation course at The London College of Fashion before earning my degree in Fashion Textiles at Central Saint Martins. I later completed my PGCE in Art and Design at Goldsmiths, University of London. Since then, I have built a diverse and fulfilling career that combines professional practice with teaching. I have taught art and design in secondary schools across London and Essex, taught private art lessons and aided portfolio prep, and have also run successful businesses in both fashion accessories and fine art. These experiences have given me a broad and practical understanding of the creative industries, which I now love to share through personalised, one-to-one tuition.
