I’ve been a professional teacher for 5 years prior to my career in London as a quantitative analyst. I’m friendly and patient, aim to create an open and honest environment to make children feel at ease and boost their self-esteem with lots of praise. I focus my tuition on whatever the child most needs to improve and where possible link in with what the child is currently learning at school. Using this approach children gain confidence through learning, and I always tailor my tuition to best suit a student`s progress.

Availability: Monday - Friday evening, Saturday afternoon, and Sunday. Please leave me a message and I will see what I can do to suit your schedules. I am available for home tuition and group lessons, learning in a group can be fun and exciting.

Willing to travel: 15 miles

Experience: I have been a Mandarin tutor for 4 years, my accent is the standard Chinese spoken in north China (Beijing). My students range from young children / complete beginners to advanced speakers.

All handouts in home tuition are free, and I also teach based on study books provided by clients.
Fee is charged by hour, however my online lesson can be split into two 30-minute sessions.
Public transportation fees would be covered by myself for home tuition; but the cost of travelling time, if more than 30 minutes one way, does not include in the rate. Feel free to drop me a line for questions you may have.
