I am a qualified secondary science teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching GCSE Science (AQA) and OCR Level 3 Applied Science. I have been tutoring since 2019, supporting students aged 11–18 to improve their understanding, confidence, and exam performance.
I am currently the Applied Science (CTEC) Coordinator, which has given me extensive experience in supporting students with both exam preparation and coursework, including meeting assessment criteria and improving written responses.
I specialise in GCSE Combined Science, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, with a strong focus on exam technique and helping students maximise marks using mark schemes. I also have particular expertise in Applied Science coursework, which many students find challenging.
My approach is structured and tailored to each student. I break down complex concepts into clear steps, regularly check understanding, and build confidence through targeted practice. I have experience supporting students of varying abilities, including those who need extra guidance to make progress.
I aim to help students improve their grades, feel more confident, and approach exams with a clear strategy. I am happy to discuss your child’s needs and create a tailored plan to support their progress.

Availability: I am available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm to 5:00pm, with flexible availability on weekends.
