An enthusiastic tutor of maths and the sciences with school based teaching and tutoring experience.

I have personable approach, liking to get to know any potential clients and their needs as well as their learning styles and preferences, before diving in and getting to the "nitty-gritty". It`s important to all be on the same page before starting, in my opinion!

I studied Physics at the University of Sheffield, graduating in 2011 before going on to work in the field of Radiation Detection. After 7 years working in industry, I wanted to switch to teaching and tutoring, and I`m enjoying it immensely.

Availability: Term time: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 3.30 - 8pm

School holidays: Tuesday - Friday 8am - noon then 2pm - 8pm

Willing to travel: 8 miles

Experience: I am currently working in a secondary school, delivering cover work and support to students who may need a bit of extra help. I am comfortable working with children and adolescents of all ages, with experience tutoring ages 25-33 also!

At present, I am mostly working with GCSE foundation level mathematics students in the run up to the exams in May and June.
