I`m easygoing, patient, and dedicated to the art of teaching. By this I mean that the individual must feel at home, and his or her needs are understood. Then real progress can be made.

Availability: Any day 8-6.

Willing to travel: Home Only

Experience: Decades of teaching mainly in state schools (comprehensives, Academies), also some years latterly in independent schools. I was head of department in two schools and Senior Teacher in one till I went to India for twelve years to teach, write articles and translate Bengali poetry. On returning in 2006 I continued to teach. I have a number of books to my name (also under J.D.).
