Sadiq

My name is Sadiq. I have just graduated with honours in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham. I have also gained A levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics (AAB respectively). I am able to teach KS3, GCSE and A level Mathematics and I am based in Twickenham. I am also able to travel across London, just get in touch and arrangements can be made. I am an avid Mathematician and my zeal for the subject is what I try to translate into success for my students. I aim to create a comfortable and approachable atmosphere in my lessons, as mistakes are the best method for learning. Also being able to create genuine interest and awareness in any given subject is the recipe for success, and this is how I approach Mathematics. Thank you for reading my profile!

Experience: I have been teaching Maths in a school once a week for the last year as part of a communicating Mathematics module at University. I covered the vast majority of the KS3 syllabus, teaching Algebra, Number, Shape and Data handling. During April 2013 I was part of a team which implemented a two week Shapes, space and measure project in Forest Gate Community School in East London. This was an enjoyable and interactive project for the students which culminated in a treasure map transformations group project.
