Information about Gwyneth
Hi, my name is Gwyneth. I studied Classics at Oxford University and graduated with a First. I love studying ancient languages, and hope that I can pass on some of my knowledge and enthusiasm to younger students. I’m very patient and friendly – I understand that learning Latin and starting to read ancient literature is a real challenge! Whether you are hoping to study Classics at university or are looking for some help ahead of an exam, I am available for tutoring at all levels.
Availability: I am available most weekends and evenings, with increased availability during the summer holidays. If you would like a daytime slot, please don`t hesitate to ask and I will accommodate you if at all possible.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I have been tutoring one-to -one for over two years, both online and in person. I teach Classics, Latin, Politics and English Language and Literature at GCSE and A Level, covering all the major exam boards. I have also successfully prepared students for their applications to top schools and universities.
