At the core of my teaching philosophy is the belief that the practice of teaching should never prevent the teacher from being a student themselves. I intend to emphasize this in my lessons and I am constantly inspired by students such as myself who explore aspects of music that they are curious about and endeavour to reach beyond their potential. My lessons will be tailored to each child and I aim to create a welcoming and nurturing space in which students feel safe and eager to learn. I am certain that my enthusiasm for teaching combined with my personal skills that include excellent organization, communication, and tireless patience will contribute to the success of my students and inspire a new generation of skilled musicians.

Available most weekday evenings and weekends.

I prefer to have a brief discussion with each student (and their parents) to come to an agreement on a suitable lesson schedule. Lessons are always online and will be held on this website Tutor Hunt or the online platform Zoom unless otherwise specified.

Lessons can be given in 30/45/60 minute sessions. If you are unsure about which length lesson to choose, I am happy to advise on what would be suitable for the individual.

Experience: I am currently a second-year student at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff for a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance. I take pride in my passion, growth, and dedication in studying the viola and piano. It was a great honour to be offered a scholarship to study at the Royal Welsh Conservatoire as an incoming student and the opportunities I have been afforded to perform in workshops and masterclasses have been priceless. I am passionate about orchestral playing and am a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Wales and the Cardiff-based, student-run Ignite Symphony Orchestra.
