Experience: Experience:
I have 4 years online tutoring experience with other online platforms such as The Brilliant Club and MyTutor. I have taught 1:1 and group sessions. I have received positive assessment feedback from The Brilliant Club for my student engagement and interactivity.

I have also taught at undergraduate level for Biology/Biochemistry for teaching laboratories and short seminars and online workshops as well as 6-month supervision of undergraduate research projects.

Academic Qualifications:
I hold a PhD in Biochemistry and Undergraduate integrated Masters in Biochemistry. This includes an extensive understanding of the fundamentals of Biology such as Microbiology, Pharmacology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics, Genetics and Immunology. I have two academic research publications in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) journal.

Teaching qualifications;
An Associate Fellowship in the Higher Education Agency (HEA): Which shows I am able to plan lessons and lectures, adapt my teaching to a range of audiences and receive/provide constructive feedback on teaching.

A Postgraduate Award in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (Warwick University): This shows I have researched and understood the changing pedagogies (practices/methods of a teacher) during COVID and recent years, reflected on my own teaching experience and observations and assessed the teaching within my own teaching department at Warwick University
