I have a Masters degree and a First Class Honours Bachelor`s degree. I studied Theatre and Performance at the University of Leeds, before completing my MA in Performance at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, one of the country`s leading drama schools with an international reputation.

Originally from Newcastle upon Tyne, I have been living in London nine years. I work as a professional actress and writer working in London and internationally. I recently won the Best Comedy Award at the Adelaide Fringe for my one woman comedy theatre show. I have always enjoyed academic study, and am passionate about opening up opportunities to young people and adults through education and learning.

I come from a very educationally focused family, with both my parents having been awarded the MBE for "Services to Education.``

I have a DBS.

Availability: I am available most days apart from Thursdays. I teach between 4pm-9pm on weekdays.

Willing to travel: 8 miles

Experience: I currently teach Barclays Life Skills lessons in schools and colleges across London and the UK. The subjects vary and include people, work and money skills.
I work for Captivate Coaching teaching adults presentation and communication skills.
I teach drama to children aged 3+ at Montage Theatre Arts School, London.
I teach drama to children aged 5-12 years old in Royal Wharf.
I teach LAMDA exams one-to-one online.
I taught English as a foreign language at a children`s summer school in Xi`an, China.
I taught English and Drama for a year in young offender institutions and prisons in the UK, with the award winning organisation `Reflex`.
