Experience: I always ensure to follow the Teaching, Learning and Assessment Cycle, which is a systematic process for learners where they will have a positive experience and they are able to achieve their goals and help to be on the right level by carrying out an assessment on them before I proceed. By doing this, I will be able to identify the learner needs, planning learning according the needs, able to facilitate learning, assessing and evaluating their learning at the end of each teaching session, term or year.
I have an effective teaching skills to engaged my learners during teaching and learning. This including teaching approaches such as given assignments to challenge their potentials and consolidate learning. Brainstorming, a list or a drawing of suggestions or ideas regarding a particular theme, topic or problem. Quickly stimulates thoughts and ideas. Buzz groups are been used for short topics to be discussed in small groups, break up a more formal session.
