Hello, I am 21 years old and am currently doing a Spanish and English Literature degree at the University of Westminster.
The subjects I cover are English at primary school level and secondary school level up to GCSE level. Although I am still doing my degree, I have quite a bit of experience for teaching these subjects as I achieved a 9 in GCSE English Literature, a 7 in English Language and an A* in Spanish.
I believe I can use the skills I learnt and help students achieve similar grades. In addition, as I am doing a degree in these subjects, everyday I gain more and more knowledge. I am more than happy to teach online or face-to-face.
I typically assess a student`s skills in the first lesson. From there, I can identify strengths and weaknesses to work on. I always make sure to focus on the student`s weaknesses in order to help them achieve higher levels. I use the student`s strengths to focus on what they can do and elevate their strengths to achieve even higher. I like to keep my lessons interactive and typically use Powerpoint presentations. I always make sure the student knows what to do in my lessons through the Powerpoints and from there, I have exercises and activities ranging from reading, writing, spelling, grammar etc for the student to do.

Availability: Weekdays and weekends typically free in the holidays- I would just need to have a time and date sorted in advance in order to schedule other things around it.

Monday: Any time after 2pm
Tuesday: Any time after 2pm
Wednesday: All day
Thursday: Any time after 5pm
Friday: Any time after 5pm
Weekends: All day

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I have had over a year of experience teaching online. I have had some experience teaching face-to-face. I have had positive feedback regarding my students- their marks have improved and they have been accepted into grammar schools.
