I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath, followed by a spell at Rolls Royce Aero Engines. In a bit of a career change, I worked as Head of Music in a Secondary school for 7 years. Since then I have done a mixture of professional piano playing, private tutoring, writing musicals, one-to-one school tutoring, acting, and supply teaching.
