I am a confident, friendly and approachable professional who is enthusiastic about mathematics. I like to dive into a deeper understanding so my students understand why things work and help fix the jigsaw pieces of a complex subject together. I am an organised teacher as the profession demands. I help bring the love of learning back to the young people.

Availability: Online and 1 to 1 face to face tutoring available. During term time - Weekdays after 5:30pm (earlier or later depending on location) and Weekends. During half term - Weekdays 9am-7pm

Experience: Graduate from Edge Hill University with a Bsc degree in Mathematics and secondary education.
Currently studying towards a Masters in Education which is broadening my understanding on why and how people learn through theory and evidence.
Taught in an outstanding school in the Lake District, then full time in the Wirral at a local school.
I am now a maths lecturer in further education in Liverpool. Covering Functional Skills Mathematics, GCSE, Alevel and Adult learners.
Have taught full time for 5+ years so confident in the new grading system. Over 8 years of educational experience ranging from preschool to college.
I have taught to edexcel and aqa schemes of work, higher and foundation.
Started tutoring alongside my degree and received good and positive feedback regarding my students confidence to attempt questions they wouldn`t have done before, which has helped them access more of an exam paper and have massively improved their results.
