I am a passionate, enthusiastic and friendly person, who enjoys sharing knowledge and information with people, as well as project-driven work and travelling. I possess strong writing, research and communication skills as well as the ability to build a rapport with people quickly.

Science:

In addition to a BSc in Zoology I have completed an MSc in Architecture and Advanced Environmental and Energy Systems at the Centre for Alternative Technology. During my BSc I studied the anatomy of different organisms as well as ecology, animal behaviour, genetics and evolutionary thought. My MSc thesis involved using mushrooms to degrade toxic waste.

English as a Foreign Language: CELTA qualified teacher.

Music:

I have played guitar for over 15 years and also play drums, bass and keyboard. With plenty of live and recording experience as well as specialising in acoustic fingerstyle and electric lead playing, I have plenty to offer in terms of techniques and advice.

I am a patient person who enjoys teaching people and watching them progress.

Availability: Weekdays, evenings and weekends sometimes.
