I am passionate about teaching maths and supporting everyone to learn! We all deserve access to a good maths education, which is why I attempt to bring my passion into my tutoring so that students can walk away feel encouraged and motivated to continue their study of maths.

In my sessions, I use a blend of diagnostic questions and scaffolded work to ensure that a unique plan can be made for my student, where strengths weak points can be highlighted, and time is effectively managed so students are productive and challenged to their appropriate ability. I will provide continuous support at all times, and provide opportunities for individual work if necessary. Most importantly, I will build a friendly, cooperative relationship to make sure sessions are not only helpful, but enjoyed!

I recently graduated with a first class bachelor`s degree in mathematics at the University of Warwick, and am currently pursuing a Master`s degree in mathematics at Warwick as well. I have A levels in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Physics, with significant academic experience in applied mathematics, mechanics, and connections within physics.

Availability: Anytime Tuesday to Sunday.

My preference is for in-person teaching: I live near the University of Warwick and am willing to travel to most locations in Coventry, but any specific details can be discussed, and worst case scenario, I will happily hold online sessions on some (or all) occasions to suit a schedule.

Experience: - Over 12 months experience teaching secondary school maths for all year groups

- Extensive curriculum and lesson planning for Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 Maths

- I have tutored 1 on 1 for preparation of university admission tests such as STEP, MAT and TMUA

- I have tutored small intervention groups for Year 11 and Year 13 to prepare for GCSEs and A Levels

- I have high quality university-led teacher training and knowledge of educational research

- 1 on 1 tutoring of friends and family for several years
