An accounting & finance graduate with exceptional mathematical and number crunching skills, also have the patience to deal with all different students with the ability to adapt and adjust to each situation.

Having been tutored when I was younger I know what a huge difference it can make, not only to the level of the pupils understanding but also the speed at which they learn. The lessons will be tailored towards improving confidence, understanding and crucially having a strong focus on exam style questions.

My teaching style is very student centered and I am extremely friendly, approachable and patient. I see the learning process as an experience that can be enjoyable and rewarding for the student, especially when they overcome difficult topics they thought they would never be able to master!

I provide support with homework completion, assignments and exam preparation. In addition I will re-teach any area of subjects that students do not understand during the class.

Experience: Worked one-on-one with students tutoring up to GCSE Maths, English and Science. Created lesson plans, reviewed worksheets, issued practice tests to monitor performance as well as assisting in homework. Always modified resources to meet student’s diverse needs.

My mentality in teaching has always been: If you can`t explain it simply, you don`t know it well enough. So I ensure all my students leave with a solid fundamental understanding of the core concepts involved in the content, which not only helps with the current problem but makes all further work much easier for the student.
