I am a languages graduate, fluent in French and Spanish. I also teach English, either as a foreign language or for native speakers. I love words, and have a very structured approach to foreign-language learning, but I also like to make lessons fun and culturally relevant. I love music and often include songs in my lessons.

Availability: Monday and Friday from 1 pm onwards, weekends negotiable.

Experience: I have been a tutor for over twenty years, in Edinburgh and Fife. I started as an undergraduate and have continued since completing my Spanish degree, French diplomas, and TEFL certificate. I enjoy the personal aspect of tailoring the class to the student`s needs. I am familiar with the secondary curriculum in Scotland and have wide experience of helping students to pass exams. I use a variety of methods including textbooks,audio, worksheets, games,music and (with children) drawing, having been a children`s tutor for 6 years with La Jolie Ronde.
