An experienced physics teacher based in Southam. I have a great passion for physics and tailored techniques to help students of all abilities exceed their expectations. I have been teaching for 14 years in both an outstanding state school and in an award winning private school. I have a great drive and determination to get students whatever they need, whilst gaining an interest in the subject.

I have taught both OCR gateway at GCSE and OCR at A-level. Currently I teach AQA at both GCSE and A-level, with the Turning Points Option.

I have a very calm and thorough approach to teaching. I like to make explanations as clear as possible by using real world applications, examples and analogies. I am an AQA GCSE examiner and have a good knowledge of exam skills and specifications. I show good techniques when it comes to maths questions, where a lot of students can struggle, relating specifically to the expectations of the exam boards. Over the years I have also built revision resources to support students for exam preparation, which I am happy to share for support.
