Information about Elizabeth

I am a qualified teacher of MFL having previously worked in a legal role after having achieved a Law with French Law and Language Degree inclusive of a year abroad studying French at the Université de Paris-Sud. Part of the reason for changing career was that I missed being able to use French. I love being able to see the progress that can be made across KS4 in particular as language starts to develop and become more advanced.

I also completed the Teacher Subject Specialisation Training in Maths as a second subject and am able to teach Foundation level Maths.

Availability: I am currently on maternity leave but plan to offer tuition after Christmas so from January 2021.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I have taught French for 5 years. I am keen to tutor across any Key Stages. My experience includes the new GCSE curriculum.

I have also supported a GCSE Maths group in 2019-20 following completion of the Teacher Subject Specialisation Training.
