I am currently a 2nd year medical student and do many things on the side like looking at the tactical aspect of football.

Experience: During my gap year, this helped me develop necessary interpersonal skills required for my dream course of medicine. Unlike private tutoring, this experience involved me working with large groups which allowed me to be more communicative and teach so that it was understandable to all. Over time, I learned more about individuals in my class and about how my classes tend to take in information, in which my teaching methods adapted for certain topics. Whilst working under a company, I also did private tutoring which enabled me to work with students on a one-to-one basis. This was like working with students in a group, except the fact where students feel more confident to inquire about doubts. My teaching became more flexible and versatile as I was able to teach the same topic in different ways between my students, given their different ways of understanding concepts.
