I am a qualified secondary school teacher (graded Outstanding) with several years of classroom experience, currently working as a policy adviser in the Civil Service. I have worked in the charity sector, and took my undergraduate degree in History at the University of Oxford. I am also a volunteer youth leader in the refugee sector, so have experience working with young people in innovative, engaging ways to help them realise their full potential.

Experience: I gained my PGCE through the Teach First Leadership Development Programme. I taught English across KS3 and KS4, and was also Enrichment Coordinator, which involved managing the school`s offer for Gifted and Talented pupils, and organising university outreach experiences and preparation. I have previously been a private tutor for young people with a range of special educational needs and abilities, so am skilled at differentiating for all students.
