I am not only a teacher, but a mother of two teenage children and a wife so understand that there is also life to be experienced alongside studies. For this reason we incorporate real life experiences and media articles to bring the theories that we are studying to life. This also enhances your ability in exams or coursework to use an example confidently, It is essential in the modern exam techniques to be able to apply examples and thsi is practiced throughout pour studies together. I also use text books and handouts which I will bring along - no other outlay is required by you the learner, except the willingness to learn at your own speed and with one to one tuition from me.
I am qualified in teaching Health and Social Care, Nursing, Criminal Justice and politics alongside public and social policy so hve a breadth of knowledge fo ryou to tap into.
Availability: Most evenings Monday to Friday
Willing to travel: 30 miles
Experience: An experienced teacher of many subjects from secondary school year 7 up to level 7 degree courses. My specialism is sociology and health and Social care, however, I have a degree in Public and Social Policy and have taught criminal justice and politics for many years at university level and been a dissertation supervisor whilst in the university.
