As a warm and friendly individual, I`m currently studying medicine at the University of Cambridge. I`ve tutored a considerable amount in the past and it`s definitely hard work, but it`s also great fun and very rewarding! During my own application for medical school, I scored amongst the top 1% in both UKCAT and BMAT. I enjoy using an interactive but high-achieving style of tutoring focused on using examples to explain key concepts! Sessions will typically begin with a recap of what we covered last time, followed by an introduction on the core ideas of this lesson. We`ll then go through past questions together to try and identify any gaps in understanding. I typically like to finish lessons by discussing how to approach questions using the optimal examination technique, before setting some questions. This helps me to keep track on how we`re getting along with the lessons, because in the end, it`s all about being positive and motivated about our progress!

Experience: I`ve previously tutored a significant amount on a range of subjects from A-levels to 11+ and almost all of the students I tutored went on to achieve top marks in their examinations. My own academic record is consistently strong and I have also previously taught in a primary school (Year 2) to help with basic reading comprehension to help with SATs.
