I have a PhD in applied maths from the University of Manchester. I have tutored privately and in groups for the last 10 years, for all ages and abilities. I`ve had lots of success with helping students to attain grades required, and also to encourage students to understand fundamentals and grow in confidence.

Availability: I`m an experienced mathematician with advanced skills in physics and chemistry. I believe that in order to understand mathematics and ultimately pass exams, students need to gain a thorough understanding of the basics. I tailer my lessons to the learning style of each individual.

Willing to travel: 12 miles

Experience: I`ve worked with all levels of students from KS2 up to university level. I`ve also worked with the Royal Institution and Manchester Museum to develop a series of Masterclasses for wider engagement in maths.
I`ve done a lot of work with adults to help them gain confidence or pass exams required for furthering career.
