Retired university lecturer.
I have a 1st Class Honours BA in English Language and Literature from St. Mary`s, University of Surrey. I also have an MA and a PhD in English Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London.
I have a large range of teaching experience, and offer help with all the exam boards, AQA, OCR, Edexcel etc., and am familiar with the national curriculum introduced in recent years. I endeavour to create a relaxed and scholarly teaching environment in order to draw the best from my students.
Availability: Daytime during the week, up until 7 p.m.
Willing to travel: Home Only
Experience: From 2002, visiting lecturer at Brunel University, Uxbridge. During that time also visiting lecturer at Royal Holloway, University of Surrey. Also Kingston College, Richmond Adult Education Centre.

Tiffany tutored my 17 year old daughter for her English Literature A level. She went above and beyond in her preparation for lessons and in supporting homework. She was incredible. She worked incredibly hard with Lucy and her efforts were hugely appreciated by us. I would highly recommend her.

Tiffany has been teaching my son for over 3 weeks and he enjoys how calmly and patiently is her teaching. She takes her time in every single aspect of his English and very methodical. She’s been a great tutor so far and we are very happy with her.
