I`m now helping students of all levels (aimed at high school through uni) prepare for a career in investment banking.

2) detailed financial modeling - how to build the excel models that you need - from scratch - and understanding the concepts and how to do it through hands-on learning

3) transactional experience - case studies of transactions that I`ve worked on or high profile transactions that will extremely impress your interviewers. I will take you through the lifecycle of a deal - detailed personal knowledge of the goings on of a deal and what you`ll need to expect

4) interviewing - what you NEED to do to impress people like me on the other side of the interview!  Personal prep; what your CV NEEDS to look like; thinking about the competition out there versus you, and how you can compete

5) pitfalls - not all firms are created the same - know what questions to ask so you`ll get the most of what you want, and choose the right firm to work for

Experience: I`ve worked over 10 years in the City of London in finance and 6 years in mergers & acquisitions. I`ve led transactions and have detailed experience in closing large global deals, across a variety of sectors, like consumer, retail, apparel, infrastructure, industrials, telecoms, and tech.

I`m an American New Yorker by birth and also a British citizen. I`m also an avid lifelong musician, with a passion for giving back to the community.
