Information about Kushal
I have several years of practice as a personal private tutor teaching on both the LLB and GDL modules. This includes the core subjects of the course and options.
Core Subjects includes: Contract, Criminal,Constitutional/Public Law, English Legal System, European Law, Equity & Trust, Land Law, Law Project and Tort Law.
Options that I teach includes: Criminal Litigation, Civil Litigation, Company Law, Employment Law, Human Rights Law, Legal Skills, Law of Evidence (Analysis of Evidence) and Medical Law.
I have years of experience in teaching in the higher education sector. My current role is as a senior lecturer and programme leader managing the LL.B programme. I have module lead most of the level 4 and 5 modules on the LLB Programme and has a lot of experience in writing exam papers. With my experience I will be able to coach you to succeed on your course.
Tuition is provided in a modern way of teaching whereby specific modules` handouts are prepared for each students according to their university syllabus and specific needs. Help is also available via email where students can contact me if they are stuck in their revisions or work. For regular students not only tuition classes are held on a normal basis but I also hold special revision classes in each of their specific modules nearing exams date.
The course also requires students to be able to demonstrate their analytical skills through courseworks. Students should rest assured that I do provide guidance in terms of each of the different modules, unit or component that requires to be passed by courseworks.
I understand that a law degree course can be difficult and demanding at times. However I believe that with the correct approach and coaching on the modules, students will find it very easy.
