I am a 4th Year Medical student studying at University College London. Along with my passion for science I really enjoy working with younger students and find it very rewarding to see them succeed and progress in topics and subjects which they may have previously found challenging.

I have been tutoring for 5 years now and have tutored both privately in Maths and Science GCSE and A level but also have worked in a tuition centre working with younger audiences in small groups but also onto a one to one basis. I like to create a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for the students so that they don`t hesitate to ask questions and can express their views and concerns freely.

Having achieved an A* in both my A level and GCSE Maths and Science as well as having worked with a variety of ages, from primary level (KS1/KS2) to all the way to A level, I am familiar with the requirements for KS3/GCSE and A level examinations. I like to tailor my lessons to individuals and work on areas they may be struggling with but also follow the national curriculum in an organised manner. I primarily tutor online but can tutor in person too depending on my schedule and if the student is willing to come to my house/ meet closer to my location.

I am also able to help prepare for entry into medical school by supporting students in writing their personal statements as well as interview prep.

Availability: I am primarily tutoring online at the moment so am available to do so on any evening on the weekdays as well as weekends. On weekends I can do Sunday morning/ afternoon too. Experience: I have worked as a mentor in a primary school and helped out primary school students with maths and English. Since completing my GCSEs, I have been tutoring for KS3/GCSE and A level online & in person both on a 1:1 basis as well as small groups at tuition centres. I guide students in note taking, studying and revising for exams.

Being a mentor, involved me working with children who had learning difficulties, so I was able to ensure that I was able to adapt and come up with methods to help them understand difficult concepts but in a format that it is easy for them to comprehend, also allowing me to adapt the way I communicate to ensure that I am speaking to the level of their understanding
