Hi, I`m Ben. I`m offering tutoring for any level of Computer Science or similar subject from BSc downwards, in-person or online. I am also offering Mathematics from A-Level downwards. Having just completed all education up to Bachelors in the past few years, I have fresh experience with the education system and how to answer questions or structure code.

I can provide access to student-written notes for subjects I`ve covered, including(but not limited to): Modelling Computing Systems, Professional Issues, Database Systems, Embedded Systems, Concurrency, Big Data & Machine Learning, Writing Mobile Apps, Introduction to Video Games Programming & Advanced Object Oriented. There`s a total of 30 modules of content available, each with lecture-by-lecture and summarised notes.

I have varying knowledge in ~30 languages, but heavy experience with Java, Python, SQL, C# and Kotlin.

Experience: I have worked as a student demonstrator, helping first year university students of all knowledge learn Java for a semester.

I volunteered multiple times as IT support in a primary school, helping maintain student laptops and the schools computer system.

I work as a software engineer within Centrica, moving through several different sectors to gain experience. This predominantly includes DevOps engineering with Azure.

I have completed BSc in Software Engineering with a First, and am now waiting on results for a MSc Advanced Computer Science. This bachelors involved completing 24 modules covering a large variety of computer science over 3 years. The masters involved completing an additional, and more thorough, 8 modules.

As part of this BSc, I completed a degree which involved independent planning, programming, testing and analysis of a dissertation project. This project was the optimisation and visualisation of Dungeons & Dragons characters to meet non-technical requirements. This required scrum programming & RAD testing, construction of a large database with hundreds of entries, customised use of Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithms, and perpetual comparisons of visualisation methods. This furthered for my MSc project, in which I created a visual programming languages that allowed for the easy creation of highly advanced and customisable evolutionary algorithms.

I received an A in A-Level Computer Science, and A* in GCSE Computing. I also received an A in GCSE Maths, A in AS-Level Maths & B in A-Level Maths. I received a First in every degree module bar Declarative Programming, in which received a 2:1
