I am an award-winning online tutor and ADHD coach with 23 years of experience and more than 23,000 teaching hours, specialising in Mathematics, Science and English from Primary level through to A-Level. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Occidental College, Los Angeles, and am a member of Mensa — placing me in the top 2% of the population by measured intelligence.
My work has been recognised with four professional awards, including Most Innovative Private Tutoring Provider 2026 and Excellence in Mental Health-Informed Learning 2026 at the Lux Life Awards — awarded this year — alongside Tuition Service of the Year 2023 at the Corporate LiveWire Awards and Best Tutor 2020 at the Tutor Awards.
Most recently I served as a professional ADHD Coach at Sunbeam, delivering evidence-based coaching to neurodivergent learners and supporting clients with focus, emotional regulation and executive function using CBT and NLP approaches. This role sits alongside my 23 years of specialist experience supporting students with ADHD, dyslexia, autism and other neurodivergent profiles within my tutoring practice.
In addition to my Mathematics degree, I hold a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine — completed with First Class Honours at Emperor’s College, Santa Monica, the top-ranked Asian medical school in America — alongside a doctorate and accredited qualifications in Neuroscience, Neuroanatomy, Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique and EMDR. I have published over ten articles as Wellness Expert for Bournefree Magazine and am currently commencing an MSc in Psychology at the Open University. I am also writing books on neuroscience and science education.
This breadth of training allows me to address not only the academic dimensions of learning but the cognitive, emotional and neurological factors that determine whether a student performs to their full potential — including exam anxiety, lack of motivation, difficulties with focus and low academic confidence.
I am fully DBS certified, hold a Child Safeguarding Certificate Level 2 and am an approved Tuition Partner for the National Tutoring Programme.

Experience: I have 23 years of teaching and coaching experience spanning private online tuition, employed online classroom teaching, curriculum development and ADHD coaching across the United Kingdom and the United States.
Most recently I served as a professional ADHD Coach at Sunbeam, delivering structured, evidence-based coaching to neurodivergent learners focusing on executive function, emotional regulation, focus strategies and self-management — working collaboratively with families and educators to support whole-person development.
My subjects span Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Combined Science and English Language and Literature from Primary level through to A-Level. I have additionally prepared students for the American SATs, the Royal Navy Recruiting Test, the Qualified Teacher Status test and the University Clinical Aptitude Test. I have supported doctorate students with dissertation writing, nurses with academic essay composition, computer science students with advanced mathematics and university applicants with personal statements.
I have developed the Master Slide — a comprehensive, topic-by-topic compilation of every question type appearing across past examination papers in Mathematics, Science and English. This proprietary resource allows every session to be targeted precisely toward the areas of highest examination relevance. I have also developed exclusive mathematical methods beyond standard school curricula that have contributed to documented grade improvements of two to four grades within weeks.
I am experienced in supporting students with ADHD, dyslexia, autism and other neurodivergent profiles, adapting my teaching approach to each student’s specific cognitive and learning style. I hold accredited qualifications in CBT, NLP and EMDR and incorporate evidence-based anxiety and stress management strategies into sessions where appropriate. My recent professional role as an ADHD Coach at Sunbeam directly informs this aspect of my practice.
I design bespoke assessments, detailed progress reports and structured learning programmes for every student, focusing on genuine conceptual understanding rather than surface memorisation of methods.
My career has included seven years at Beverly Hills Tutoring Centre working with high-profile families and celebrity clients in Los Angeles, an employed Online Classroom Teacher and Curriculum Designer role at Tute Education developing curriculum from Year 4 to A-Level, private tutoring for Fleet Education Services across primary through to A-Level, and continuous private tutoring practice across the UK and USA since 2001.
I have published over ten articles as Wellness Expert for Bournefree Magazine and am currently writing books on neuroscience and science education.
