Information about Ioanna
I aim to make children feel quickly at ease with my warm, `can-do` approach, and boost their self-esteem with lots of praise. I focus the lessons on whatever the child most needs to learn and where possible like to link in with what the child is currently learning at school. Using this approach, the child gains confidence through learning, and away from a packed classroom is able to discuss areas they feel they need to improve in an open and honest way.

Over a period of 6 months Ioanna helped me study my two least favourite subjects, Physics and Chemistry GCSE. I achieved grade A`s for both subjects. All I can say is Ioanna was a great asset in achieving these results - I give credit where its due.

We were lucky to find Ioanna, my daughter is in her last GCSE year and needs a high grade to do A level maths. Ioanna is very organised and methodical, and explains things in a simple and easy to understand manner. My daughter feels alot more confident already and she has only been working with Ioanna for just over a month. I would highly reccommend Ioanna for both her professional and approachable style, my daughter feels comfortable working with her, and hopefully she will get the result she needs next year.
