Hi, my name’s Sammie and I am the Founder of Learn with SAT.

I am a Science tutor that has worked in industry as a polymer technologist and have graduated from University with a Chemistry degree. As a result of this, I am very experienced in the science industry and I am able to tailor lessons to a students needs and level so as to ascertain progression. I have memberships with many different companies and so I have a large bank of resources that I will use within every session to create a topic focused workbook that encompasses content, exam technique and homework.

I am a Science tutor who provides primary and secondary level tuition for children, young adults and mature learners. I have experience tutoring students with special needs such as OCD, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia & Autism, as well as students in mainstream education. I believe that education should be fun and so I provide a relaxed work environment with a student led approach that follows the national curriculum. To reduce exam stress I incorporate exam practise in every single one of my sessions by selecting past paper questions that are relevant to the topic studied in the sessions.

I have been a tutor for over 7 years and I have taught other the AQA and OCR syllabus. Alongside this, I have now created a tutoring agency with over 40 tutors on my books.
