I am a professional private tutor with experience as a primary school teacher. I have a positive and calm manner and believe in setting high expectations for all children. As a tutor I will work closely with the child and their care giver to assess the child`s current attainment before working out their next steps. I want to help children overcome barriers to learning to ensure that each child can reach their full potential.

My Qualifications:
-Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the Institute of Education University College London
-Masters at University College London in Language Sciences specialising in Communication and Neuroscience
-Undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Warwick
-A Levels in Psychology, Biology, Chemistry, History and General Studies
-13 GCSES

Experience: I am a qualified primary school teacher with experience both in the classroom and as a tutor. My age phase specialism is Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1. My subject specialism is Children`s Literature and Language. During my teacher training I undertook a placement at Sheffield Children`s Hospital which gave me further experience working with children in a one to one setting as well as in a whole class.
