I have an Animal Science BSc. degree, with a PGCE in secondary science (specialising in biology) and have been a science teacher for the last 7 years, head of biology at a secondary school for one of them until a house move meant that I needed to swap jobs.

Experience: I have been a science teacher with a specialisation in biology for the past 7 years, and last year was head of biology. I have taught KS3 through to A-Level, spending the last 7 years teaching predominantly AQA GCSE Biology to both combined and triple students, and OCR Biology A to KS5 students. I have also tutored in both AQA A-Level Biology and AQA Combined Science, again with a focus on biology but doing some work with the chemistry and physics schemes.
