Experience: I entered the London Schools Film Competition with a documentary I made about the Nazi occupation of Poland and was nominated for Best Sound, Best Editing, Jury`s Favourite, and Best Film and received awards for Best Editing and Third Best Film. Using the skills I gained, I completed my Film Studies coursework which defined a solo thriller film which achieved an A* 57/60

Subsequently, in summer 2023, my friend and I pursued our desire for filmmaking by producing a romance film, which showcases the contrast between love at first sight versus reality. Inspired by the stimulus of a dream, I soon developed the plot to create a non-linear narrative.
I also finalised an EPQ project on the treatment of ethnic minorities in Istanbul due to the manipulation of the media, improving my independent learning and research skills receiving an A

To prosper further, I worked in Terfilm Productions last summer, shadowing the pre-production, filming, and post-production phases of an advertaisment, helping the actors access scri pts, and learning on-set language. I have also been working as a videographer in my local synagogue, where I am responsible for filming festivals and the Rabbi`s weekly messages, which increased my professionalism and editing technicality.
