Feedback For Joshua (16)

Josh has been working with our son for the past 6 months on his GCSE syllabus and the boost in his confidence and ability has been fantastic. English hasn`t been Seb`s favourite subject but he always looks forward to working with Josh and he recognises what a benefit the sessions have been. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a tutor

I am 15 and studying for my GCSEs. Joshua has been tutoring me for a few weeks and I have learnt so much. I find his lessons interesting and I feel so much more confident.

Really disappointed. Despite telling Joshua my Son was anxious and under confident, he met him for one lesson. He then rearranged the second lesson at short notice but then didnt turn up for it. He left my son sat waiting for twenty minutes, despite showing as available online, and then said he was stuck at work. When I messaged Joshua back to re-arrange another lesson (which in hindsight I shouldnt have given him another chance after the first two sessions), he didnt reply. He left an anxious child feeling as though hed done something wrong, nice work.
Tutors Response :
Dear Krista,
I`m really sorry we didn`t manage to arrange our 2nd lesson but it`s also not as you say. We both tried to rearrange our time and both made mistakes in our communication. It was an error by both of us and unfortunately we missed the lesson. I`m sorry this happened.
If there is anything I can help you with in the future, please don`t hesitate to ask and I`m sorry it turned out this way.
Best wishes,
Josh
